Hi, I’m Amy Chapman Braun—artist, photographer, and creative director based in Raleigh, NC, and founder of Brauncreative.

My work blends clean, intentional design with expressive imagery to create visual stories that feel both refined and approachable. With roots in advertising and a deep connection to photography, I focus on crafting work that is purposeful, timeless, and built to connect.

By day, I lead brand and campaign work at Duke University, shaping storytelling across platforms for a global audience. Alongside that, my personal practice explores place, texture, and light—where design and art intersect.

I’ve collaborated with clients including Architectural Digest, Coastal Living, SAS, The Umstead Hotel and Spa, and the NC Museum of Natural Sciences.
